Harley-Davidson Other description

2000 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail CLASSIC, 2000 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic - NEWLY REDUCED PRICE!! PRICED TO SELL NOW!! Selling an absolutely beautiful Harley, this bike is a custom Harley Pearl White. Very LOW miles 17,850, It has too many extra's to list all. It has Scream'in Eagle Baloney cut shorty pipes, Brand New Avon Venom tires, lots of chrome goodies. It has always been covered and garaged. It has 16" LA Chopper Apes, very comfortable on long trips, they have 8" rise and 8" pullback, they're great bars, look real sharp. I have always used the Scavenger Oil Change system on it when servicing it, it gets ALL the old oil out of the motor, the motors like brand new. It has never been abused, only babied, it gets polished once a week regardless. I have all the original parts, Bars, cables, Full windshield, pegs, ect. I also have an extra set of pipes for it, Vance and Hines Longshots, real nice pipes too. I really hate to sell it but after many great rides it's time for me to sell it. I have had 5 major back surgeries and am not able to ride it as much as it should be riden. I want someone else to enjoy this great Harley as much as I do. I just hate to see it set covered in my garage, Harleys are made to be riden and enjoyed. There is NOT a thing wrong with this bike, at all, all my friends say I'm crazy for selling it anyway, it's just too nice a Harley. You won't find a cleaner, sharper, better maintained Harley out there for this kind of money. I have been riding Harleys most my life, and really hate to see this one go, but it was meant to be enjoyed. I have all the service records and reciepts for all it's goodies. I paid over $20,000.00 for it and have at least another 4 into it in parts. Serious inquiries only please. E-Mail responses welcomed at or call 509-977-1069 evenings after 6 p.m. This is an awesome Harley, the price has been reduced 2 times already, am pretty firm at $10,500.00. At that price this Harley is a steal...seriously. All calls and e-mails will be answered promptly. Now is the time to buy, have time this Winter to get it set up to your style by Spring. Hate to see it go, but also want someone else to have the awesome experience of riding a Classic Harley. Don't miss out on this great buy, call or e-mail now. $10,500.00

James Cameron’s New Movie “Avatar” to use “Motorcycle Riding Badass” template?

Thu, 20 Aug 2009

James Cameron, the genius behind such movies as Aliens, Terminator 1 and 2, True Lies, and The Abyss, has a new movie coming out this fall. “Avatar”, a sci-fi action movie, stars Sam Worthington, Sigourney Weaver, Giovanni Ribisi, Stephen Lang and Michelle Rodriguez, all of whom can be seen in the new pictures released yesterday by the studio. In one of the images we see Sam Worthington wearing a Harley-Davidson shirt and sitting in a bar.  Is this the story of an average tough guy who rides motorcycles and plays pool in bars, turned action hero who saves mankind?  Does Sam’s character, “Jake Sully”, ever get on a motorcycle in the movie or just shows his Harley support by wearing the T-shirt?

Off-Road Motorcycle and Free-Ride Bicycle Compared

Thu, 11 Dec 2008

What if anything do bicycles and motorcycles have in common? Besides the whole two-wheel thing, it isn’t outright apparent that these two “handle-barred beasts” share more than ancient ancestry. Modern Off-road motorcycle and Free-ride bicycle designs side-by-side illustrate how much technology the two have in common.

Polaris Industries, the parent company of Victory Motorcycles, announced this week it will form a new on-road vehicle division.
