This bike was its previous owners pride and joy and he hated to sell it but needed to cash out. The pictures don't do this bike justice. It really is clean, all of the paint and chrome looks like it just came off the Showroom Floor, even the bags only show light wear. The only flaw worth noting is a dent behind the rear turn signal from previous owner backin ito his garage. Not only is this puppy well kept but it has some pretty nice upgrades as well like Chrome Front End, Custom Front Wheel, Braided Lines, Floor Board Inserts, Chrome Axle Cover, Custom Grips, Custom Exhaust and more. Harley-Davidson's Production Stoppage Was Caused by Non-compliant Brake Lines
Fri, 29 Jul 2022Production ramps up to meet year-end targets Back in May, Harley-Davidson announced it would temporarily halt motorcycle production due to a “regulatory compliance matter” regarding an unspecified part from a third-party supplier. Harley-Davidson initially estimated the stoppage would last two weeks but it eventually lasted 19 days before production resumed on June 6. The actual cause for the delay remained unclear some speculating the issue was related to the powertrains, as the stoppage only affected Harley-Davidson’s gas engine-powered motorcycles and not the electric LiveWires.
Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India
Mon, 04 Mar 2013Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.
