FXDL Dyna Low Rider Model Overview As low to the ground as they come, the Dyna Low Rider model is the lowest Harley-Davidson motorcycle in the line. The raked 32-degree front end, pull-back riser and low-rise handlebar, slammed suspension and low-slung custom seat are all features that help define the boulevard look of the Low Rider. The graphics further define its bad-to-the-bone attitude. Right below the fuel tank is the isolation-mounted Evolution engine with plenty of torque. Top it all off with a cast wheels and dual front disc brakes and plenty of eye-catching Vivid Black paint and it's no wonder the Low Rider has been one of the best-known names in motorcycling for over 20 years. The Dyna Low Rider model, with its long looks, low stance, and easy-reach handlebar and foot controls is a very popular choice for custom enthusiasts of all sizes...regardless of inseam. Shelved Harley-Davidson Penster Tilting Trike Prototypes Revealed
Thu, 04 Aug 2011The Harley-Davidson Museum has pulled the covers off discarded prototypes of a leaning three-wheeled motorcycle developed by The Motor Company. Harley-Davidson commissioned automobile hot rodding legend John Buttera to build the original prototype (pictured above) in 1998. Codenamed the “Penster”, the Trike looks like it could have been an earlier version of the Can-Am Spyder, but it had a tilting front end similar to the Piaggio MP3.
