1978 Harley-Davidson FLH Shovelhead. It is a one of a kind beautiful bike that has had a frame off restoration approximately five years ago..Every nut and bolt was replaced with new old stock parts.The frame was powder coated black and the tins are painted a 1985 Porsche 944 Red. The tank has hand painted Harley Davidson on each side. (Not Decals) The engine was rebuilt using 80c.i. heads making it 1340c.c. I have the original 74c.i. heads that will come with the bike. New Barnetts clutch installed. Clear blue 2A Texas title. Really too much to list on it. Recent service and new tires. I accepted this bike as partial trade on another deal I have made so I want to sell this bike to someone who can appreciate and enjoy it. I am asking $13,500 obo. All reasonable offers considered. Harley-Davidson Offers “Steel Toe Tour” of York Factory

For years, the M has been offering free factory tours of its operations in York, Pa., Kansas City, Mo., Tomahawk, Wis., and Menomonee Falls, Wis., facilities. In 2009, Harley-Davidson introduced a premium tour that takes guests into “employee-only” areas called the “Steel Toe Tour” at its Menomonee Falls location.
Harley-Davidson Suspends All Vehicle Production for Two Weeks
Thu, 19 May 2022Harley-Davidson announced it is pausing assembly and shipments of all motorcycles for a two-week period due to a problem with a component from a third-party supplier. Production halted as of May 18, the day after Harley-Davidson was notified about the problem by the supplier. The official statement was brief, and offered very little in the way of detail.
