FOR SALE 1978 Harley Davidson FLH Shovelhead. This is a 1 of a kind beauty!!! The bike has had a complete frame off restoration approx 5yrs ago. Every nut and bolt was replaced using the best OEM new old stock that was available at the time. The frame was powder coated gloss black. The tins are painted a 1985 Porsche 944 RED. The tank has Harley Davidson hand painted on it not decals. The bike has a new Barnett clutch just installed. The bike runs and rides good. It has current inspection and registration in Texas. 2300 mis since restoration. The engine was also rebuilt using 80 c.i. jugs,making it 1340c.c. I have the factory original 74c.i.jugs that came with the bike. That makes this a true 2A titled bike. I am asking $10,000.00 cash O.B.O. for the bike. Thu, 05 Jan 2012Pretty it may be, but you wouldn't catch me spending £160,000 on this 1915 Harley-Davidson 11-F Twin that's coming up for sale at a Bonhams auction. It's allegedly one of the most sought-after Harleys and has buyers from around the world itching to splash out on it. Not literally, you'd hope.
