1974 Harley Davidson FX Shovelhead
Purchased in 1996. Bike rebuilt in 2003. Engine rebuilt, now has 3,500 miles on it. Andrews C Grind Cam and S&S Carberator and Fatbob gas tanks installed. Also changed to 21 inch front wheel and a more modern rear brake was added. Progressive rear shocks and progressive spring kit in the front forks. Chrome wheels with polished stainless steel spokes. Belt drive primary. It is electric and kick start. Lots of chrome, all painted surfaces are custom powder coated. Garage kept and well maintained. This motorcycle has never been in an accident and title is in hand. Buyer to pick up or arrange for transportation. Payment prior to pick up. Cash in hand or certified check. Harley-Davidson Hiring 400 Temporary Workers
Wed, 13 Nov 2013Harley-Davidson is looking for 400 casual workers for its factory in York, Pa., to help with a planned seasonal surge in production. The jobs begin in January 2014 and will run through until the end of May. “When we ramp up production to meet customer demands, it allows us the manufacturing flexibility to build the right bike, the right time for the right person,” Harley-Davidson Spokesperson Bernadette Lauer tells the York Daily Record.
