Hi I have a very nice 1972 Harley Davidson FLH Electra Glide that's in really nice shape for the year. This bike has been sitting for some time and ridden very little. It has been stored in a heated garage her entire life. She can use some TLC, front caliper needs a rebuild and she could use some elbow grease. Bike does run and drives, but I haven't ridden her in 2 years. It does have a custom paint job and extras as well. True dual exhaust, Highway Bars, Saddle Bags, Full appraisal sheet. Can't confirm original mileage but I've had her for 10 years and bought it from the original owner. This is a low mileage bike. Check my feedback it speaks for itself. Harley-Davidson and Marvel Comics Team Up Again for Iron Man 3
Mon, 08 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson and Marvel Comics are teaming up once more for another cross-promotional promotion, this time in support of the upcoming film “Iron Man 3“. Harley-Davidson had previously worked with Marvel for last year’s “The Avengers” and before that, with 2011′s “Captain America: The First Avenger“. For the third installment of the Iron Man series starring Robert Downey Jr., Harley-Davidson and Marvel announced the “Iron Man 3 – Man & Machine” contest.
2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.
