Harley-Davidson Other description
This 1948 Harley Davidson Panhead 61cu, EL was owned by the same man for the first 61 tears of its life. I have had it the last 6 years. It is a near 100 % stock bike . The speedo is repop , the dog bone risers are not stock the handle bars are not original to the bike but are Harley off a Knuckle and the internal throttle and spark advance work fine. The seat is stock but has been recovered. I'm sure some expert out there may be able to find some other things that are not stock however that is all I know about. It's a one kick bike, starts and runs perfect. Rides and the tank shift works perfectly. New tires new battery. The 6 volt system is still in place and the generator needs new brushes. I don't think the pinstripes stock. It has the correct linkert carb. This is one of the finest, most completely stock vintage Harleys I have ever seen outside a museum. I have video of ;this bike firing on the first kick but cant figure out how to post it on here If you want to see and hear it run email me and Ill shoot you a email with a video . Please call 512 994 9697

Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.
