Up for sale is my 1942 H-D U, 74ci big flatty. The motor is all rebuilt with all H-D internals, matching belly numbers, correct linkert M51. Runs like a top. Servi car timer ( auto advance) Cycle electric generator/Regulator 12V. Four speed early trans with tank shift top, all rebuilt. 56-57 Harley frame. BDL Belt drive under the tin primary. Disk brakes front and rear. Hidden wiring and internal throttle control. Avon venom tires front and rear. Custom upswept fishtail exhaust. The list goes on and on, its a one off bike, It was built with care and the best components. I have all the receipts, that total way more than the asking price, I can answer all your questions about the build. $500 cash deposit to my paypal acct upon buying bike, the remainder to be paid upon pick up. AMA Pro Racing Announces Preliminary 2013 Road Racing Schedule
Fri, 09 Nov 2012AMA Pro Racing released a preliminary calendar for its 2013 Road Racing season. The tentative schedule contains nine confirmed rounds with another two to be confirmed. Next season will again see four classes of racing: AMA Pro National Guard Superbike, AMA Pro GoPro Daytona Sportbike, AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport, and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series which returns under its new name.

Thu, 25 Jul 2013Harley-Davidson reported a net profit of $271.7 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013, up from the profit of $247.3 million reported in the same period in 2012. For the first half of 2013, Harley-Davidson has recorded $495.9 million in profit, compared to $419.3 million reported in the opening six months last year. “Harley-Davidson again drove strong financial performance in the second quarter, reflecting the many improvements in operations we have made throughout the Company over the past few years as well as our brand strength globally,” says Keith Wandell, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Harley-Davidson, Inc.
