The Hydra-Glide name celebrates its 75th anniversary, dating back to the first hydraulic fork that was equipped to a Harley-Davidson, replacing the springer front end in 1949, while the “slash” fuel tank design, emblem, classic round air filter cover, two-toned windshield, seat, and cases, are all nods to the 1956 FLH. Arizona Bike Week To Host Over 100,000 Motorcycles, April 2-6

Arizona Bike Week, one of America’s largest motorcycle rallies, will attract well over 100,000 bikers to the greater Phoenix area this year. This epic gathering of the riding community will be celebrated April 2-6, 2014 at WestWorld in Scottsdale. Arizona Bike Week, supported by numerous Valley businesses and national brands, has for the first time in its history secured presenting sponsors.

EICMA 2013: Harley-Davidson Revolution X 750 & 500 First Impressions Video

Bred in America, built in India the new Revolution X platform is meant to be Harley’s new price point model. The two motorcycles feature the new liquid-cooled Revolution X engine, a narrow, agile chassis with a low seat height (26.3 inches), new suspension, a wide handlebar and minimalist styling. Not all markets will get both engine sizes, but the U.S. will. The 500 costs $6700 and the 750 is $7500.
