1996 Harley Davidson FXDL Dyna Low Rider. Custom paint job. The tank and finders were first sanded down to bare metal. The tank was then sand blasted with a Harley Davidson stensil for the tank emblem to make it stand out from the sanded design. The tank was then painted black around the emblem and then completely covered with a dark clear coat to give it a sleeper HD look only seen in the sunlight. The finders where also painted this way with the sanded metal design down the tops of the front and back finders. The bike has aftermarket drag style handlebars with a 2" up and 2" back measurement. The HD leather saddle bags come with it. Tires are fairly new with probably 80% tread left. No wrecks to my knowledge. Believe to be third owner. Local pickup preferred. “The Meet” Vintage Motorcycle Show This Saturday

While festivities will begin on Friday evening, America’s Car Museum (ACM) will host the third annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival on Saturday from 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Organizers expect 450 vintage motorcycles and scooters from all over the nation to attend.
More Evidence of a Harley-Davidson Pan America 975 Emerges
Mon, 17 Oct 2022Earlier this year, we wrote about how signs of a Pan America 975 were mistakenly mentioned in an official Harley-Davidson web page for an accessory locking fuel cap. Up until shortly after our article went live, the page listed the fuel cap as being compatible with the RA1250 (Pan America 1250) and RA1250S (Pan America 1250 Special) as well as two unannounced models: the RA975 and RA965S, which we assumed to be Pan America models powered by the 975cc version of the Revolution Max engine, like the one equipped on the Nightster. Motorcycle.com has now obtained further evidence of the existence of middleweight versions of Harley-Davidson’s adventure-tourer, once again from Harley itself, as well as the U.S.
