Harley-Davidson VRSC description

I'm selling my 2006 Harley Davidson VRod (V-Rod) for $8,500. The 2006 model was the only year the controls were not placed in the front. The bike has little over 7k miles. Great bike in excellent condition and fun to ride. Absolutely a beautiful bike.

The V-Rod has caused more than its fair share of jaws to drop.

**Local Pickup Only**

The VRSCA V-Rod redefined the power-cruiser category, offering an award-winning marriage of custom styling and liquid-cooled performance. Raked way out there, with a 38-degree fork angle, forward controls and pull back welded handlebars, drag-style aluminum disc wheels and chrome slash-cut exhaust, the V-Rod is one unmistakable motorcycle. The scooped-out seat is just 26 inches off the ground. Dual slash-cut chrome exhaust pipes deliver the wound-out song of a high-performance Revolution V-Twin. Triple-disc, four-piston Brembo brakes and black hand controls are new for 2006. Staggered 10-Spoke Cast Aluminum wheels are an option.

2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout Recalled for Faulty Fuel Indicators

Thu, 17 Apr 2014

Harley-Davidson is recalling 2013-2014 Breakout models, including CVO versions, because the fuel level indication system may not be properly reading the correct amounts of fuel. As of this publishing, recalls have been announced by government agencies in Australia and Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not yet posted a recall but U.S.-based members of the Harley-DavidsonForums.com report American dealerships have already started receiving recall bulletins. According to a recall announcement by Transport Canada, some Breakout and CVO Breakout models may run out of fuel despite the fuel and range indicators indicating there is still enough fuel in the tank.
