Up for auction here is a nice 2013 Harley Road King that is ready to ride anywhere in style! With the 103 c.i. V-Twin motor and 6 speed transmission, and dealer-added cruise control, this bike is ready for the open road. The original owner of this bike traded it to me on a car deal. He was an older gentleman that was very meticulous about this bike, and had all service work done at his Harley dealer at the recommended service intervals. He also had the dealer add factory cruise control . Other than the cruise control and detachable docking kit for backrests or tour pacs, this bike is pretty stock.
Mechanically, everything works as designed. No issues or problems of any kind. New gel battery installed last month. Cosmetically, this bike is very nice . The only wear on the bike is to the factory grips. Other than that, everything is very nice. No dings or dents to the sheetmetal, all chrome is nice and bright with no corrosion, paint is nice, etc. Check out the pics, this is a nice bike. No issues. Check my feedback, I tell it like it is. New Harley-Davidson Sportster for India to Use 500cc V-Twin
Thu, 03 Jan 2013When Harley-Davidson first entered the Indian market, The Motor Company decided to import existing models as complete knockdown kits for final assembly in the burgeoning market. Considering the average motorcycle in India has a displacement smaller than 200cc, it was inevitable Harley-Davidson would eventually have to produce a small-displacement model rather than rely on its existing product line which currently lists the 883cc sportsters as its smallest bikes. Despite a denial last May by Harley-Davidson India’s Managing Director Anoop Prakash, it now appears Harley-Davidson is set to announce a new small-displacement model to be produced in India at the 2014 Indian Auto Expo next February.
Harley-Davidson to compete in Hill Climb
Wed, 24 Jan 2018For the first time in the history of the World Extreme Games, in addition to skiers, snowboarders and other extreme winter sports, Harley-Davidson motorcycle riders will also start competing. The new Harley-Davidson Snow Hill Climb medal discipline will be introduced during the final days of the games, which will take place from January 25 to 28, 2018. Athletes will climb on motorcycles on the slope of the SuperPipe track.
