Harley-Davidson Touring description

This is a beautiful 2013 Harley Davidson FLHX Street Glide.  The bike only has 5200 miles on it.  It is in amazing condition with lots of custom work.  This bike catches the eye of everyone.  It has a 103 cc with the 6 speed for low RPM cruising.  The exhaust is a Vance and Hines 2-2 Big Radius that is tough and loud.  The chrome shield has a little heat mark at the joints but no pitting or rust.  The intake is the Screaming Eagle Stage II with a black painted air cover.  It also has been programmed using the Screaming Eagle race tuner.  The rear fender and bags have all been replaced with a Bad Dad Classic kit that stretched and lowered the bags and fenders for that slammed look but still able to ride well.  The stock shocks have been replaced with a set of Monroe adjustable air shocks that raise and lower the bike.  A Viair compressor was installed with dump valve and a factory Harley switch in the dash to raise the bike to ride and then slam it to the ground when parked for an amazing look.  The stereo has also been heavily upgraded.  The head unit was replaced witha Kenwood KIV 701 media stereo and is wired for an Ipod or Iphone.  The batwing speakers have been replaced with a set of Focal 6.5's and the rear lids were replaced with Cycle Sounds 6x9 lids and Heartz HCX690 speakers.  There is an Arc mini 500x4 amp in the bat wing that pushes it all.  It sounds amazing.  Sitting at a redlight, everyone looks around expecting to see a car.  The headlight has been replaced with a Harley Davidson 7" Daymaker headlight.  The windshield has been replaced with a KlockWerks screen.  The hand controls and lid latches are by Arlen Ness Contrast Cut.  The engine guard is a black step cut lindy bar.  It has a detachable sissy bar with a 4 point connection in case you want to add a touring pack.

The paint is in amazing very glossy condition.  There is a small mark on the rear fender by the bag and also some very fine wear marks from the lids from opening them.  There is a very tiny spot on the front fender from installing the radio and a connection fell, but no paint chips at all.  All the work was professionally done by a local Harley shop, paint company and audio store.

10-seater Harley. Just what you need.

Tue, 04 Aug 2009

Ever gone to take your Harley for a spin and thought "You know, I wish this thing had a couple more seats, infact no, I wish it had 10". Well, you might not have done that, I know I haven't, but one man who did was Steve Hopkins who built this bike using 7 Harley-Davidson engines some which date back over 100 years. To prove it rides, Hopkins and nine passengers hopped on the bike on Saturday to start the 900 mile ride from Wisconsin to Sturgis.
