2009 Harley Davidson Street Glide FLHX 1 adult owner since new. Has Stage 1 upgrade with Vance & Hines dual duals. Only 16322 miles. Hard to find color, Pewter Pearl! Looks great in the sun. Only one minor blemish on saddle bag lid that has been touched up. (see pictures) And part of the black coating on the top of the transmission has peeled off. (also pictured) Chrome is excellent, no pitting or rust. Of course all the standard features of a street glide and everything works like it should with proper maintenance performed regularly. Includes clean and clear title and original owners manual. Being sold AS IS, no warranty. Not interested in shipping. Prefer local pickup and it is for sale locally so this listing my be removed anytime. Cool Cycles Ice Cream
Mon, 20 Apr 2009John Gibson had a vision 15 years ago to sell ice cream from a motorcycle sidecar, inspired while running as he listening to motivational guru, Tony Robins. After years of experimenting with different bikes and setups, including using the Russian made Ural (he once owned a Ural dealership), Gibson, finally settled on the Honda 750 Shadow and the Harley-Davidson 883 Sportster. The Cool Cycles Ice Cream Company is open for business, the headquarters are located in Tacoma, WA where they will start selling franchises within a 100 mile radius, the Los Angeles area will be next and Las Vegas to follow.
Bob Probert’s Last Ride [video]
Wed, 14 Jul 2010The former NHL Detroit Red Wing and Chicago Blackhawks tough guy, Bob Probert, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2010 after suffering chest pains while boating with his family. Probert was arguably the all time greatest NHL fighter but also had great skills, leadership qualities and a big heart. He was taken to his final destination on a Harley-Davidson sidecar before about 1,000 mourners. Probert was 45 years old on his passing, he leaves behind his wife Dani, son Jack and two daughters, Brogan and Tierney. A news clip and some Probert highlights after the jump.
