IT IS PRE-OWNED AND AS-IS NO WARRANTY OVERALL CONDITION: Motorcycle is in very nice condition, it does have 3 small dings on the top of the front fender, a touch up or two on the tour-pak and hard bags. It is a USED motorcycle. Last year it was on a 2,500 mile road trip to Washington, DC. No issues what so ever. There may be other nicks, scuffs and road blemishes and or scratches. I tried to pick out all the flaws but I may have missed something. Does contain general wear from use. The lower portion of the base of the antenna's are crack but still function properly. Always serviced at Local Harley Dealership! 40,000 mile service completed. Both front and rear tires were replaced about 3500 miles ago. Motorcycle is always in climate controlled garage! Battery Tender included!! Factory Security System!! The only reason this bike is up for auction is because I am getting out of riding! Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.
