2009 Roadglide. Only 11,500 miles! This bike can be ridden 2 ways - put the cut-down low cruiser seat on for cruising, or put on the included Tour-Pak and HD Ultra seat for touring. It's like 2 bikes for the price of one! Bike has KlockWerks Sweeper handlebars, HD Aileron Hand Grips, hidden antenna (it's inside the fairing), Windsplitter windshield, Screaming Eagle compensator. Has one small dent in front fender, easily fixable. Please note: This comes with both the low cut seat, the HD Ultra seat, and the detachable Tour-Pak. Buyer is responsible for pick up or shipping. Fri, 19 Dec 2008Every year it seems that newspaper advertisements, radio and TV commercials for Christmas start earlier and earlier. As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.
Rare Harley-Davidson Motorcycles and Memorabilia Up for Auction
Tue, 24 Jun 2014More than 500 rare Harley-Davidson motorcycles and collector’s items will be hitting the auction block on June 28. The items belong to Ron Shreffler, former owner of a Harley-Davidson dealership in Manteno, Ill. The retired Shreffler once had plans to open a Harley-Davidson museum but has now decided to auction off his collection gathered from 48 years in the industry.
Pope Francis To Auction Harley-Davidson For Charity
Mon, 21 Oct 2013During Harley-Davidson‘s 110th anniversary celebrations earlier this year, Pope Francis was given not one, but two Harley-Davidsons, a 2013 Heritage Softail Classic and Dyna Super Glide Custom. Not one for gaudy excess (or a motorcycle ride for that matter), Pope Francis has decided to put both up for auction. Specifically, the Pope has donated the bikes to the Caritas charity near Rome.
