Harley-Davidson Touring description

2009 Harley Davidson Road Glide. Original Owner.

I will describe the bike as best I can. I will supply pictures of any defects on the bike. Title in hand. Hate to sell but a new business venture has the bike sitting around to much and I can no longer justify letting it sit there. I am open to reasonable offers on the bike. Any further questions please contact me at 603-489-911Zero. I feel I have priced the bike at a very reasonable price. I have $44k invested. Everything was done correct and is the best of the best. I built the bike to suit my style. No obnoxiously huge front wheel, No I Pad mounted on the fairing. I built this bike to look good, handle great and rip. It does them all without a glitch.

2009 Road Glide

Painted corvette atomic orange, sunburst pearl laid over the top.

Graphics are all painted on bike not decals.

Some Hydro graphics on bike. Orange carbon fiber.

Hand built rear fender and metal bag fillers.

Led Tailights, HID headlights.

Yaffe dash with flush mount gas cap

Fat Baggers front fender.

Yaffe Monkey Bars, 10" Internally wired.

Roland Sands Grips w/ Renthal rubber.

Alpine stereo and speakers. Kept hand controls.

Aftermarket Harley seat. Good for about 200 mile ride, at that point you will wish you had a pillow instead.

Forks, crash bar and some misc.parts powder coated black.

RolandSands Diesel wheels. 21 Front 18 Rear, 200 rear tire.

Black front rotors.

New Dunlop rubber.

The motor was a stock 96, At 3k miles I bought a stage 4 SE 103. That's bolt on and everyone else has it. So I put the heads on the flow bench, cleaned them up just a bit more. Put 120r Cams in it. A super tuner. a V&H HO Pro-Pipe, Big sucker intake, broke it in put it on the dyno and 131 HP it put down to the wheel.

I just put an Evolution Industries Billet complete clutch set up in it. Built to handle 250HP.  It has 500 miles on it. I did this because I wanted to re-gear the primary. So the primary has been re-geared for more bottom end. Makes 6th gear much more useable.

Brand new Progressive 444 Rear shocks.

In the sale I am including the stock clutch. Stock rims, no rubber, stock seat and stock 96 inch top end. As well as anything else I can find for it.

Defects:

Front fender has a small dent in the rear.

Radio has a slight fog inside screen, Still works and operates fine.

Radio bezel has blistered from being caught in the rain. I am including a brand new in the box metal bezel assembly.

Front fairing has a small chip on the brake lever side about the size of a bic pen end.

Front fender has a small dent on back side from hitting my tie down mount on a bumpy road.

Other than that the bike is mechanically sound. Oils always changed, Bike always washed.

Just a great looking bike that sounds great, handles amazing, has more power than any Harley really needs and is reliable.

No huge front wheel, No I Pads Just a solid well put together cruiser.

Thank You and happy bidding.

Harley-Davidson Recalls Over 100,000 Touring Models, 1400 Street Models

Harley-Davidson has recalled more than 105,000 Touring models from the 2014 model year, and approximately 1400 Street models from the 2015 model year. The Touring models have been recalled due to a possible failure of a component in the clutch master cylinder. This possible failure could cause a reduction in pressure available to keep the clutch disengaged, according to the NHTSA.
