FOR SALE A 2006 HARLEY DAVIDSON ELECTRA GLIDE CLASSIC IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.I BOUGHT THIS M/C FROM A LOCAL OWNER . WHEN I PURCHASE THE M/C IT HAD APPROX 6500 MILES ON IT.IT CURRENTLY HAS 9493 MILES ON IT. IT HAS AN AM/FM RADIO WITH CD PLAYER. GARAGE KEPT, ALSO HAS A NEW BATTERY.. I HAVE OWNED THIS BIKE SINCE 2008. I WAS WORKING FOR FED EX AND TRIPPED OVER A BOX ON THE BACK OF A PENSKE RENTAL TRUCK AND FEL FROM THE BACK OF THE TRUCK ON TO MY RIGHT SHOULDER. AFTER 3 OPERATIONS. AMA Pro Racing Announces Preliminary 2013 Road Racing Schedule
Fri, 09 Nov 2012AMA Pro Racing released a preliminary calendar for its 2013 Road Racing season. The tentative schedule contains nine confirmed rounds with another two to be confirmed. Next season will again see four classes of racing: AMA Pro National Guard Superbike, AMA Pro GoPro Daytona Sportbike, AMA Pro Motorcycle-Superstore.com SuperSport, and the AMA Pro Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series which returns under its new name.
Airhawk Introduces DS Comfort Seating System For Dual Sport Bikes, Bikes With Narrow Seats
Fri, 16 May 2014Airhawk, Inc., has introduced the DS Comfort Seating System, a cushion designed specifically for motorcyclists who ride dual sport bikes or bikes with narrower seats. Features of the DS cushion include a narrow front to match the seat profile of most dual sport/adventure bikes and bikes with narrow seats. A tapered-down front minimizes unwanted pressure on the scrotum, and a heavy-duty hold-down strap system ensures a secure fit to the bike. The DS also works well with narrow customized or aftermarket seats that have been installed for the purpose of getting the rider lower to the ground.
2014 Harley-Davidson Touring Models Recalled for Pinched Brake Lines
Wed, 09 Jul 2014Harley-Davidson is recalling 66,421 motorcycles because of a problem with the front brake lines getting pinched. The recall affects all ABS-equipped 2014 touring and CVO touring models including the Electra Glide Ultra Limited, Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Street Glide, Road King, CVO Limited and CVO Road King. Police and Shrine edition models are also affected, as are the Twin-Cooled version of the Electra Glide Ultra Classic and the Road King Classic which are produced for other markets.
