Harley-Davidson Touring description
The Road King is a
touring bike that features the classic looks of a big boulevard cruiser. At the
heart of the Road King is the Twin Cam 88 engine, isolation mounted in a
touring frame for comfortable riding. It features an easy shifting
transmission, a large electronic speedometer mounted in a die cast chrome dash,
along with a massive, nostalgic chrome headlamp and nacelle to accent the
traditional styling of the Road King model. This particular example is a 1
owner bike with thousands of dollars worth of upgrades. You will notice that it
has a limited edition Radical Paint set from Harley with a Fat Boy front
fender. The paint set says # 56 of 100 but they offered this scheme with two
different outlines so it is technically 1 of 50 in Whiskers Blue for 2004.
Other notable upgrades include the chrome H-D wheels, rotors and pulley, the
completely chrome front end as well as the engine and tranny covers and a
complete set of H-D flamed accessories which include driver and passenger floor
boards, the brake pedal, shift pegs, highway pegs, grips and saddle bag
latches. If you look closely you will see the list of chrome upgrades is never
ending as it just sparkles. It has been regularly serviced with synthetics and
it sounds just plain nasty ripping through its Hooker Tuned Flow performance
exhaust. All said and done approximately $10,000 worth of upgrades have been
added to this beauty. Not only that but the paint set is in incredible
condition and impossible to find for sale anywhere. If you could see yourself
cruising on this one of a kind classic you better pick up the phone before
someone else does! Buy It Now for $9,900!
