Here is your opportunity to buy a Harley at Wholesale Price!! This 1993 Harley Davidson Electra Glide Classic was a trade in here at Fort Worth Harley Davidson. The bike does start/run/ride with no obvious problems, however this bike has not been through our shop and is sold AS-IS with not warranty implied or otherwise. NOTICE TO BIDDERS: While we make every effort to accurately describe our vehicles, please understand you are purchasing a used motorcycle. They come with no warranty expressed or implied from our dealership. Fort Worth Harley does offer extended warranties at an additional cost for your peace of mind. We encourage all buyers to look at the bike in person or order an inspection by a third party prior to the auction ending. PAYMENT TYPES: Certified Funds, Cash in Person, Bank Financing FEES: All buyers will be charged a $125 documentary fee. This helps us with costs associated with title and bank paperwork. There is also a state required vehicle inventory tax. It is charged at a rate of .002390% of the selling price, which equates to $23.90 for every $10,000 of purchase price. Buyers will also be responsible for all state and local taxes and fees. TERMS: A $500 non-refundable partial payment is due immediately. Buyer must contact our office within 24 hours of auction close. The balance must be received within 7 Business days. All checks are subject to 10 day hold. Harley-Davidson Racers Visiting Troops In Middle East
Tue, 19 Nov 2013A large number of military personnel are also motorcyclists, with many dreaming of the day they can hop back on their steeds after deployment. Harley-Davidson understands this, and in cooperation with Army Special Forces Association Chapter 64, Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines riders Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines are joining Summit Racing Equipment and Armed Forces Entertainment November 18-22 for Operation Appreciation, an annual visit to American troops stationed overseas. After three years of visiting American military personnel based in Europe, Operation Appreciation will travel to the Middle East to visit troops in Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, and Bahrain.
Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.

Wed, 14 Jul 2010The former NHL Detroit Red Wing and Chicago Blackhawks tough guy, Bob Probert, passed away on Monday, July 5, 2010 after suffering chest pains while boating with his family. Probert was arguably the all time greatest NHL fighter but also had great skills, leadership qualities and a big heart. He was taken to his final destination on a Harley-Davidson sidecar before about 1,000 mourners. Probert was 45 years old on his passing, he leaves behind his wife Dani, son Jack and two daughters, Brogan and Tierney. A news clip and some Probert highlights after the jump.
