Odometer says "08658". Numbers Matching Bike! Has a "Certified Police Special" placard that appears to be original to the bike (we are unsure if this is true). Great condition! Runs, Drives, Glides! Has very minor oil leak (but all old Harleys do). Well Maintained...Well Kept! No Rust! Has had over $9,000 worth of documented modifications done to it...not including custom paint since 2011(see additional pictures). Has a very small scratch on the left of the front fender...BRAND NEW Clutch (put in 2 weeks ago!!).

This is NOT Prince's Purple Rain Motorcycle...but it sure looks like it could have been!!

What It's Like To Ride A Harley Superbike Credit: Photos by Brian J. Nelson and Kevin Wing Kyle Wyman knows a thing or two about superbikes. Having ridden quite a few over the years as a MotoAmerica rider, and having built some himself as a MotoAmerica team owner – including the Ducati Panigale V4R he campaigned most recently – the 2021 MotoAmerica King of the Baggers champion didn’t mince his words when describing the synergy between himself, Harley-Davidson, and the Road Glide he took all the way to the title.

US Highland appears to be making a comeback, announcing plans to begin processing new orders and having discussions with several OEMs for the use of the Oklahoma company’s powertrains. The company is developing fuel injected V-Twin engines in 750cc, 950cc and 1050cc displacements and Singles in 350cc, 450cc and 507cc displacements.

2010 Sportster Forty-Eight [video]

Mon, 25 Jan 2010

Watching the promo videos that Harley-Davidson puts out does get me pumped.  Harley does however really seem to reinforce the stereotype of a typical Harley rider, I’m not sure if I am cool enough but the new Sportster Forty-Eight looks great!  Harley could use some positive feedback after they announced their Q4 results… Get the Flash Player to see this player. The 2010 Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight retails for $10,499 for the black version, $10,789 for the silver or orange. Click here for more info.
