Harley-Davidson Touring description

I recently acquired this bike. It has not been on the road in approx. 3 years. I cleaned the old gas out of the tanks, replaced the fuel lines, replaced the fuel petcock, cleaned the carb & replaced the bowl inlet needle & the accelerator pump diaphragm. Installed a new AGM battery. The bike now starts & runs good, sounds good with no unusual noises. I took it for a short ride to verify that the clutch works & the transmission shifts good. Brakes front & rear work. Lights & switches work including head & tail lights, brake light, turn signals, dash lights, horn etc. . Some lights have been added to the tour pack but they are not functioning as they aren't plugged in. As stated the bike seems to run very good, but again it hasn't been on the road in years & the new owner will need to give it a thorough mechanical inspection, or have their mechanic perform a thorough mechanical inspection before the bike is considered safe for the road . The bike is being sold in "AS IS Condition". I'm told the mileage is correct & orignal but I have no way to verify this by documentation, the speedo is the correct oem one for the bike. The engine looks to be in original condition & I see no signs its ever been "opened up". The bike is very stock & original, including the paint with the exception of the gas tanks, they have been replaced with '82 & later style tanks. The ignition switch is an original HD & I have keys but I can't get the lock to move, its unlocked & functions but I can't lock it, have keys for the saddlebags. The lock has been removed from the tour pack & the lid is being held in place with a bungee cord. This bike has "patina" I haven't washed it just wiped off the dust, also most of the chrome has rust pitting / peeling  as would be expected on an original bike this old. Please see the pics. This is an old survivor bike, not a newly restored bike.

The Milwaukee-based company has unveiled its new V-twin, a 131-inch 'crate engine' designed for post-2017 Touring models. Harley-Davidson has not yet had large engines in terms of capacity and power. This behemoth, which looks like a work of modern technoart, is called the Screamin' Eagle Milwaukee-Eight 131.
