2009 Thunder Mountain Spitfire with only 8k miles. Extremely clean bike with some nice upgrades: detachable drivers backrest that doubles as a passenger seat, Supertrapp exhaust, Screamin' Eagle Stage 1 intake, detachable windshield, & and brand new battery. Has very tiny flaw on the tank where the turn signal made contact at full turn, has since been adjusted so it wouldn't happen again. Bike runs fantastic, extremely quick! Clear title on hand.
I will be traveling between Jacksonville, Atlanta, Savannah, Charlotte, & Winston-Salem during the month and will be more than happy to bring it with me along the way for a small fee after a $500 deposit has been made. Bike is located in St. Augustine, FL. I also travel throughout the state of Florida throughout the month, email me with where you are at & I'll let you know if & when I'll be in your area.If the bike is to be shipped the buyer must make their own shipping arrangements at their own cost. Riding events all over the world bring in untold millions of dollars for numerous worthy charities. Keeping with this theme, one hardy Canadian rider is braving the Great White North’s frigid winter temperatures by riding his Harley coast to coast to raise awareness for diabetes, a disease that has seen a rapid explosion of new afflictions.

Mon, 16 Jan 2012A new display in the Harley-Davidson museum in Milwaukee is set to open at the end of this week exhibiting the artwork of the firm's styling chief Willie G Davidson. As well as being the grandson of the original 'Davidson' and in charge of all Harley's styling, it turns out that Willie G is a dab hand with a paintbrush. According to Harley-Davidson, the display will include “idyllic rural landscapes and still life watercolour paintings with strong luminosity and form that hint at time spent in the countryside during 48 years as the pacesetter in motorcycle design.” The firm's museum has also announced other special exhibits planned for later in the year, including “Journey of the Iron Elite: The Evolution of Motorcycle Culture through the Eyes of African-Americans” and “Born to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket” - a 4000-square-foot display dedicated purely to black biker jackets...
Harley-Davidson Reports Q1 2013 Results
Thu, 25 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson reported 15.9% increase in motorcycle revenue despite selling 9.1% fewer motorcycles over the first quarter of 2013. According to the company’s first quarter 2013 report, Harley-Davidson recorded revenues of $1.15 billion from motorcycle sales, compared to $995.9 million in the same quarter of 2012. At the same time, Harley-Davidson sold 54,254 motorcycles worldwide over the first quarter, down from 59,677 motorcycles in the same period last year.
