ENGINE HAS S&S 4 5/16 STROKER CRANK, ZIPPERS JUGS WITH 3 13/16 BORE CP 30 DEGREE PISTONS,99 CUBIC INCH. HEADS ARE PORTED THUNDER BUELL WITH TITANIUM VALVE TRAIN, 600 LIFT S&S CAM, ROLLER LIFTERS & ROCKERS. MODIFIED S&S D CARB. REST OF BIKE IS 5 INCH STRETCH SPORTY. BIKE HAS RUN A BEST 6.64 1/8TH MILE WITH 220 POUND RIDER. I HAVE $7200 IN THE ENGINE, IT HAS ABOUT 60 PASSES ON IT. I NEED $4800 FOR THE ENGINE OR $5900 FOR WHOLE BIKE. The Hydra-Glide name celebrates its 75th anniversary, dating back to the first hydraulic fork that was equipped to a Harley-Davidson, replacing the springer front end in 1949, while the “slash” fuel tank design, emblem, classic round air filter cover, two-toned windshield, seat, and cases, are all nods to the 1956 FLH. Mon, 18 Jul 2011Harley-Davidson has announced its plans for the 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, Aug. 6-13 in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. Scheduled Harley-Davidson activities include the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building, the XR1200 Racing Experience, Muscular Dystrophy Association pin sale and custom motorcycle raffle and the Harley-Davidson Ride-In Show.
Michael Jackson in Speed Demon [video]
Fri, 26 Jun 2009Michael Jackson was not known for riding motorcycles, he did own a 2001 Harley-Davidson that was on the action block earlier this year that was listed for $6,000 – $8,000, I never heard if it was sold or not. We all have our different opinions about the mega pop star but we can all agree that he was larger than life and truly a boy in a mans body, case in point, take a look at the “Speed Demon” video that features Jackson on a bicycle, motorcycle and scooter, sort of… The “Speed Demon” video is available after the jump.
