1988 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200. I put it away last year after riding it all summer and now it will not fire up for me and I just don't feel like dealing with it any more. Motor cranks but will not fire for whatever reason.

I picked up this bike a while back from Chuck Norris no not the actor, but and a great american who did three tours in the middle Eas as a Marine (Thank you to Chuck and all other Vets for our freedom) This bike has sat for about four years  In 1996 Harley Davidson wanted to break into Sport bike market as the market was going crazy in the mid 90s.Harley's answer was the xl1200s (s=sport) equipped with Shawa competition 39mm Telescopic  forks, preload , compression and rebound adjustable.(ae stiffness and ride hight) up front, and Dual Showa shocks, also, preload , compression and rebound adjustable, .Back that up with  a 1200cc Evo motor usually reserved for much larger bikes and you got an absolute beast that handles like its on rails !..   As you can see its triple black just a sharp, aggressive looking bike I love the current stance but that can be easily changed by adjusting the above mentioned suspension looks like rear has 3 inch of adj., and front forks are about the same. Paint is great I purchased a tank and had it painted to match, engine, forks  etc. have a few small chips but hardly noticeable. .

One of a kind custom Ironhead Sportster hot rod styled bobber. Everything on this bike is new, top quality parts. Probably over $10,000 to build, won first in a couple of shows.

I have a 1980 Harley Davidson Sportster 1000 for sale. The bike is very clean and in great condition for a 1980. The tank does have some very small chips but looks great.

Fun, fast and LOUD!! This old Ironhead is semi custom right now. It has new fenders, tank, seat and a few other things but I still have almost all the original parts as well, that's the blue bin with all the parts ; ) Everything is in good condition but the king and queen seat is my favorite, it still has the 1979 stamp on it!!

1987 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1100 , 1987 Harley, needs one plug wire and ignition switch. Great running bike, contacts in ignition switch corroded. Title lost by previous owner but have bills of sale and paperwork from Police Department showing bike is clear and legal.

this is a new hampshire bike so after 15 years they dont issue titles but use a transferable registration used in all states.this is been sitting for awhile and will need to be gone thru.the rear brake line just popped from rubbing on the frame,needs a battery,new gas and maybe the carb gone thru along with just going thru the bike.i gav it a quick wipe to show the chrome comes back but not perfect and needs a real good cleaning.the clear coat on the motor is discoloring and peeling.its a rat bike but could be real nice with some attention.at this low price you can afford to throw a little into it and still not break the bank.selling as a parts bike needing work.has a dual coil single fire ignition with good spark and has compression.with new gas an battery it should fire up.this will be the only listing at this price then if it doesnt sell ill play with it but the price goes up if i do.not sure of exact miles.

Up for Auction is a new 2008 Carolina Customs Hard Times Rigid Bobber Frame with a complete 1986 883 Engine with a 1200 kit , awesome project for any builder. This frame will accept up to a 180mm tire with a chain drive, currently ready for 140mm and belt. New billet aluminum Ultima Maltese wheels 16x3.5 and 21x2.15 with new Kenda tires, new Fat Bob Fender, new Gel 2 up seat, new pre-wired chrome Handle Bars with switches, master cylinder and levers, new chrome rocker covers, used forks with caliper, rear master cylinder and brake caliper (needs front and rear rotors). Screaming Eagle Carb, Barnett Clutches, all engine covers and parts except for the push rod tubes, starter, igniton and exhaust. All the transmission, drive pulleys and belt, clutch and primary are with the bike. New gaskets, and other misc. parts, you will need pegs, grips and a battery. We have all the paperwork required for title from frame mfg. company, engine will come with a Bill of Sale, bike is ready for completion, title / licensing.

  Great find!!   I came across this 1982 HD Sportster with a couple of other bikes I bought. I charged the Battery and it fired right up.

This was a 2002 Harley Davidson 883 Custom Sportster built to be a track bike.  It has a free and clear Ohio title. It is registered (to me) until February of 2014.  It was made into a hard tail; there is no rear suspension. The gas tank is behind the front seat, which runs down a fuel cooling can next to the fuel tower.

1972 sporty has a wide glide frontend and bolt on hardtail. calling bike a project because of a bunch of little things to be done. bike need fork stops for frontend.

Hello I took this Harley in on trade for a car but is way to small for me. This bike is very clean and has a screaming eagle kit on it. I also have a windshield and bags for it front and rear and some highway bars also.

    this bike was in good condition,  i just wanted to make it better, so its been a work in progress,   it rides out well and runs great and loud

   1981 Harley Davidson XLH 1000cc Sportster.I bought this bike to ride Derby week and it ran fine.Smoked a little when I bought it and was planning to replace rings after Derby week.When riding one day engine developed blowby on the front cylinder and lost compression.Bike starts right up still.I just had the oil seals replaced on the oiler tubes and the primary and final drives adjusted and just put in a brand new gell battery just before front cylinder lost compression.Bike ran fine and rode excellant up until it lost compression.Bike has a clean and clear title.I have people in the nursing home and need to sell as I need the money and havent had the time to repair.MY loss is your gain.Described honest,and if you are able to rebuild top end you could be riding in about a week.Sold as is,no returns,but I assure you,you won't be dissapointed.Paypal only for  $500 deposit payment is required within 2 days of auctions end!Balance due at pickup by cash(preferred) or certified cashiers check!Bike is to be payed for and picked up within 1 week of auctions end unless we make other arrangements! NO International bidders or shipping please!Shipping in continental USA only,and only if you make all the arrangents,otherwise,no shipping.

FOR SALE IS MY 1967 SPORTSTER.PAINTED THE BIKE FLAT BLACK.IT IS NOT A SMOOTH FINISH IT HAS A GRAIN TO IT.NEEDS TO HAVE THE IGNITION CYLINDER KEYED OR INSTALL A SIMPLE TOGGLE SWITCH TO SHUT THE BIKE OFF. NEEDS THE CHOKE CABLE INSTALLED AND THE HORN.BAD NEWS FOR ME IS THAT I STARTED IT UP AND IT RAN FOR ABOUT 5 SECONDS.THE  MOTOR IS NOW SEIZED AND I AM NOT FIXING IT.IT IS ALSO MISSING THE LEFT FRONT FORWARD CONTROL FOR THE BRAKE.SENT IT OUT TO THE MACHINE SHOP AND THEY LOST IT.BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS AND ALL SHIPPING CHARGES.TRUE MILEAGE IS UNKOWN.DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE ZERO FEEDBACK. This motorcycle is really clean, all the chrome is good, there is 2 buttons missing from the seat, there is some rub marks on the foot pedals, i Have a saddle bag that goes with the bike, it's dry so needs to be to be cleaned and the leather softened. Front tire is a little worn but lots of miles left, all the lights work on the speedo.  This was my brothers bike,  he passed, I think that you will like this motorcycle, it is road ready.  Shipping will be handled by the purchaser.As is no warranty.
