Out of State Customers For our out of state customers who are looking to fly in. Melbourne International Airport is located 10 minutes from us. We can make arrangements to pick you up from the airport and bring you back to the dealership. We can bring you back to the airport as well if you choose to have your motorcycle shipped. For those looking to stay a little longer, we have a hotel right across the street. Shipping We have several different shipping companies that we have worked with and use on a regular basis. They will deliver your motorcycle right to your front door and also include an insurance policy to protect your purchase while in transport. We would be more than happy to help make the necessary arrangements to ship your motorcycle for you. We also can work with the many other shipping companies associated with eBay if you choose to use a different shipper. (The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.) Financing We do have financing available. For all finance related questions, options, or to submit an application, please call our eBay Manager, Chris Rey at (321) 720-1344. (Please note: If financing, you must be pre-approved before bidding.) Payments A $500 partial payment is required within 24 hours of the listing’s end. Failure to provide the partial payment within 24 hours will result in the listing being null and void. Space Coast Harley- Davidson must be paid in full within 3 days of the listing’s end. If additional time is needed, arrangements must be made prior to the end of the listing. If Space Coast Harley-Davidson is not paid in full within the 3 days, an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay and you will lose your partial payment. Additional Fees We have a $319 dealer fee on every motorcycle sold through eBay or the dealership. We also have a $499 recondition fee on all Harley’s sold. This flat fee is charged for the services performed and parts installed on the motorcycle before purchase. These fees apply to everyone (dealers, wholesalers, individuals, etc.). Please keep this in mind when bidding, as it will be added to the top of your bid. Florida Residents All Florida residents will be required to pay tax, tag, and registration fees for the state of Florida and their local counties. Out of State Residents There is a $160 out of state registration fee for all non-Florida residents who finance through Harley or prefer to have us handle their registration for them. All non-Florida residents who are having us register their motorcycles will be responsible for the tax, tag, and registration fees in their state and county. Backflips on a Harley? [video]

In late November two motorcycle daredevils from opposite sides of the world were fighting to see who would be the first to backflip a Harley Davidson XR1200 motorcycle. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.

In a misallocation of funds Harley-Davidson recently spent an untold buttload of money proving something men have known for years: That women who ride motorcycles are sexier and better between the sheets than women who don’t ride. Common responses from male motorcyclists to the press release were: Duh; Tell me something I didn’t already know; Can I be a recruiter? Meant to entice non-riding females into the Harley-Davidson army by pimping the Bar & Shield’s website, www.h-d.com/women, the press release was peppered with effeminate catchphrases such as “physical intimacy, “communication,” and “improves relationships” but the basal message is one of female motorcyclists being sexier, happier and more confident than their non-riding counterparts.

Harley-Davidson Reports Q4 2011 Results

Harley-Davidson reported a 10.9% growth in motorcycle sales in the fourth quarter and a total annual growth of 5.9% for 2011. The growth resulted in a net profit of $599.1 million for Harley-Davidson. The Motor Company sold 235,188 motorcycles in 2011, up from 222,110 units sold in 2010.
