I have up for sale my 2014 Forty Eight. Long story short, I have a 49 state Harley that does not meet California requirements and now unable to register it.
History of the bike- I bought this as a floor model from MAS (Military Auto Source) Iwakuni, Japan last September. The bike has been in storage for the winter. With last minute order changes, I unexpectedly had to pack up and ship it to California in February and later arrive in April. Upon numerous attempts to register it here, I'm cutting my losses and will put it up for sale. Extras- I also purchased this bike with a 5 year transferable warranty with unlimited tires. Mon, 07 Dec 2009In late November two motorcycle daredevils from opposite sides of the world were fighting to see who would be the first to backflip a Harley Davidson XR1200 motorcycle. Australia’s Kain Saul reached the Promised Land first when he made a successful jump in Sydney on November 27. Harley-Davidson believes Saul’s jump is the first ever successful backflip for any full size street motorcycle.
