2011 Harley-Davidson® Sportster® Forty-Eight™ XL1200X is one of the garage custom motorcycles in the Harley Dark Custom™ line. This bike cruises down the road with a 1,200 cc Evolution® engine – an engine with a true Harley-Davidson soul. The Forty-Eight also has an authentic peanut tank which first appeared on Harley-Davidson back in 1948 (its name origin) and has been a defining Sportster feature ever since. The front end of the bike looks beefy with its fat MT90 tire. This Harley Sportster Forty-Eight is enhanced with the lowered front and rear suspension. Add a low seat height, and you have a serious looking motorcycle with an approachable riding stance. Take some time and look over the features of this Harley Dark Custom, including the unique under-mount motorcycle mirrors. This bike has a very low 6150 miles and is in great shape and needs nothing. The engine runs smooth and the transmission shifts effortlessly, The tires are in good shape and overall quality is excellent. This bike has a few light rust spots on some of the chrome accessories but once again overall is in great shape. 2014 Harley-Davidson CVO Lineup Revealed
Mon, 19 Aug 2013Harley-Davidson revealed four models in its limited-production 2014 Custom Vehicle Operations. The CVO Breakout introduced last year is back for 2014, and this time it is joined by the all-new CVO Softail Deluxe (pictured above) and the CVO Road King and CVO Limited touring models which also received elements of Harley-Davidson’s new Project Rushmore initiative. All four CVO models get exclusive components and paint treatments not available on other Harley-Davidson models, as well as a number of accessories from the company’s catalog.
