2010 Harley DAVIDSON Sportster 883 in denim black (matte black). I bought the bike last year and rode for a bit for the past year but there is only just over 4,000 original miles on it...just broke in! I upgraded the air intake to a figure machines see through intake and removed the stock exhaust and added Vance and Hines short shots. This bike gets looks everywhere I ride it. the side bag, battery tender are also included. I don't have time to ride anymore and this one definitely deserves to be ridden! I also flipped the mirrors..so not only does it look much cooler but you can actually see behind you better with them flipped. The motorcycle also has remote control LED lights that run through the whole bike..the colors can be changed and also can flash or hold steady. The bike has been garage kept and is ready to go..still inspected through October..needs absolutely nothing. Buy and ride! No PayPal on this sale..certified check or cash only. Jury Dismisses Suit Against Harley-Davidson Over ABS Indicator
Tue, 20 Dec 2011A Sacramento Superior Court jury has dismissed a lawsuit filed against Harley-Davidson involving a 2009 accident that left one of the plaintiffs with severe brain injuries. Judy Wilson was injured in an April 11, 2009, crash after her husband, Jack, locked the rear wheel of his non-ABS equipped 2008 Harley-Davidson Road Glide. The plaintiffs contended they believed their was equipped with ABS because the instrument panel had an ABS indicator icon and from the salesperson’s sales pitch.
