Upgrades include Vance and Hines 2 into 1 exhaust, Vance and Hines grenade air intake, RC Components Prowler rims from the Eclipse series, ME888 Metzler tires, Memphis Shades gauntlet fairing, Hotwing glass with customized tail piece, Dyno Jet Power Vision flash performance tune, Zipper's Performance belt to chain conversion, Low Brow custom grips and a flat OD green with black racing stripe paint scheme. Harley-Davidson Closing Australian Cast Wheel Subsidiary
Thu, 08 Dec 2011Harley-Davidson is closing its cast wheel and hub producing subsidiary New Castalloy, deciding to outsource production to third-party suppliers. Based in Adelaide, Australia, New Castalloy produces about 1,450 wheels and 500 wheel hubs per day for Harley-Davidson. That work will be transferred to outside suppliers by the middle of 2013.
2023 Harley-Davidson X 350 Revealed for China
Fri, 10 Mar 2023H-D/QJ Motor connection finally bears fruit Harley-Davidson has officially revealed the X 350 for the Chinese market, a small displacement flat track-inspired roadster produced with Qianjiang Motor (QJ Motor). As of this writing, the X 350 is only confirmed for China, though a modified variant known as the X350RA will be used in Harley-Davidson Rider Academy programs in the U.S. QJ and Harley-Davidson have been working on the X 350 since 2019, though the motorcycle traces its lineage a little earlier to the TNT300 from QJ-owned Benelli.
