2008 1200CC sportster Custom This bike is better than new mint condition female owned and garage kept. It has very low mileage 3802 and a recent full service with synthetic oils and has never even seen rail. This bike has many upgrades including a Screaming Eagle Stage One Intake, tuned Vance and Hines custom exhaust, quick disconnect windshield. It also has a quick disconnect backrest and pad with a rear luggage rack. Highway pegs and roll cage. It has a lot of extra chrome and I will even include the extra solo seat. The tires look new and the bike looks like it has 500 miles on it. I brought this bike for my wife and to be honest she never liked it. Almost all the miles on this bike I put on myself. I love this bike but I already own two other Harleys. I have a 1964 Panhead and 2012 Road Glide Ultra. I know I am going to take a beating on this bike but I only drive it to work twice a month to keep it road ready. There is no reserve on this bike but I do have a low ball local offer so if the final sale is less than that offer I will sell it to the highest bidder. I also reserve the right to end the auction early since it is listed locally for sale. I took a lot of pictures and tried to show every inch of this bike. If you think you see a defect in the paint or chrome I can assure you it is a reflection. |

Third Annual ‘The MEET’ at ACM
Tue, 26 Aug 2014More than 2,000 attendees visited America’s Car Museum for its 3rd annual Vintage Motorcycle Festival ‘The MEET’ last weekend in Tacoma, Washington, where over 300 motorcycles and scooters were showcased on the Haub Family Field at LeMay. The event drew pre-1981 motorcycles and scooters from the U.S. and Canada, including an antique motorcycle display, swap meet, cruise-in and a 78-mile roundtrip tour from ACM’s Anderson Plaza to Mt. Rainier.
2012-2013 Harley-Davidson VRSCDX Night Rod Special Recalled for Loose License Plate Bracket
Thu, 25 Oct 2012Harley-Davidson is issuing a recall on all Night Rod Special models from 2012 and some from 2013 because of a potentially loose license plate bracket. According to documents released by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the mounting screws connecting the VRSDCDX‘s license plate bracket to the tail may loosen, potentially causing the plate to rub against the rear tire. This may cause the plate bracket to rotate as well as damage rear brake lines.
