Harley-Davidson Sportster description

2006 Harley-Davidson Sportster 1200 Low, Call SAM SCOTT for more details! 760.433.4333 - BIG GUT. LOW BUTT. The Sportster 1200 Low boasts the strongest XL Evolution engine on a low, nimble street bike with an equally low price. Look what just flew in under the radar. The all-new Sportster 1200 Low motorcycle. A long, low, custom street bike straight from the Harley-Davidson factory. Take a look at the chromed-out Evolution engine at the center of a narrow frame. 1200 cc and mounds of torque will keep any wrist happy. The handlebar grips are a full inch closer to the rider for a comfortable ride. Combine that with a lowered suspension and mid-mount foot controls. The machine looks as good as it feels. Exclusive emblem on a 4.5-gallon tank. Chrome eyebrow over the headlamp. Black 13-spoke cast aluminum wheels. And a low, two-up seat just over 26-inches off pavement. Easier to get the boots down. Not that you’ll ever want to.

Codenamed the “Penster”, the Trike looks like it could have been an earlier version of the Can-Am Spyder, but it had a tilting front end similar to the Piaggio MP3.

The Harley-Davidson family of riders and fans has a promise for women affected by breast cancer: You’re not alone, because we ride with you. These riders and fans added extra horsepower to that promise by raising more than $1 million for organizations that support and empower women affected by breast cancer through the purchase of Harley-Davidson Genuine MotorClothes Pink Label Collection apparel and merchandise. “The brave and courageous women who have shared with us stories of battling breast cancer are the inspiration for the Pink Label Collection,” said Karen Davidson (right), Creative Director of General Merchandise and granddaughter of a Harley-Davidson Motor Company founder.
