2005 Harley-Davidson Sportster XL 883L, The pink is only a sticker and will come off. - The name is 883 Low. But that by no means marks its place on the fun scale. This new lower Sportster model grabs attention and hugs the curves just like the rest of its XL family. We lowered the front and rear suspensions and gave it a sleek low solo seat to make it the easiest Sportster out there to throw a leg over. Getting the 883L off the kickstand is as easy as the low custom look is on the eyes. That custom look begins with a fresh graphic treatment. No other 883 has it. Then we pulled back the polished handlebar and stretched it wider for a riding position unlike any other. Power comes from the recently redesigned Evolution engine, rubber-mounted so your backside isn’t just lower, it’s more comfortable, too. When you’re out on the road, riding low, it’s hard to imagine how anything could be higher up on the fun scale. Harley-Davidson Breakout Recall Caused by Fuel Tank Angle
Fri, 25 Apr 2014An official recall announcement by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration sheds some light on the cause of a recall campaign on 2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout and CVO Breakout models. We wrote about the recall last week, after campaigns were initiated in Canada and Australia to address a problem with the fuel sensors not properly reading the correct volume of fuel. We now know the problem is caused by the angle of the fuel tank.

Legends Ride Stops Sturgis Traffic

Hundreds of bikes thundered through the Black Hills toward Sturgis on Monday afternoon, creating a cacophony not heard in these parts since, well, last year. The sixth annual Legends Ride draws thousands of riders, spectators and celebrities to the historic city of Deadwood, South Dakota each year on a charitable pilgrimage to the Buffalo Chip Campground, and organizers said Monday’s edition was likely the largest ever.
