2003 Harley Davidson Sportster 883,  100 year anniversary model, 21998mi-----Very nice condition, runs and rides great. Has Vance+Hines pipes, along with Screamin' Eagle carb work, Le Para custom seat, detachable windshield, and Kuryahyn pod lights to light up the engine area (6 pods total, color is changeable, blinking or solid) . Also has a fork bag, and braces for rear saddlebags, but no bags. Good rubber front and rear, everything works well, brakes, lights, signals, battery, clutch, etc---No dents or damage, needs nothing ready to ride. Motus Hires Former H-D Test Rider + Video

Bruce Edmiston was a Harley-Davidson test rider for over 20 years. In that time, he estimates he’s racked up well north of 500,000 miles on a wide variety of motorcycles from many different parts of the world. He retired from Harley-Davidson in 2009, but the prospect of helping Motus develop an all-American sport-tourer was just the opportunity he needed to come out of retirement and utilize his test riding expertise.

Survey Says Harley-Davidson and BMW Motorcycles Less Reliable Than Japanese – But Owners Don’t Care

A new survey conducted by the Consumer Reports National Research Center finds BMW and Harley-Davidson  owners are much more likely to report major problems with their motorcycles than owners of Honda, Kawasaki and Yamaha motorcycles. The survey, which will appear on the April 2013 issue of Consumer Reports, says one in three BMW owners reported experiencing a major problem with their bikes in the last four years. Harley-Davidson owners were slightly better, with one in four reporting serious issues.
