1991 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 XLH. Custom tank, pullback T-bars, new 21" front rim, custom mirrors, new battery, new regulator, new head gaskets, iridium spark plugs, nice seat, trimmed rear fender, V&H air filter, Cycle Shack slip on mufflers. A lot has been done - starts immediately, runs like a dream, clutch good, leaks no oil. 7720 mi since complete head to toe rebuild by Harley Master mechanic. Current paint is Plastidip Black. Underneath is original clearcoated bright orange - not my style, but very nice, hence the Plastidip. Only selling to finance a Dyna I could not pass up - otherwise, I'd keep rolling her. Paypal or cash. Will not release title until Paypal has cleared. Willing to trailer nearby if money is acknowledged (I'm not driving it to you to kick tires). What am I gonna do with a gun rack?
Wed, 27 Jul 2011Living in Shoreditch I come across a unique variety of motorcycles on the road; from XS650s, to classic Lambrettas and one completely brown jelly-mould CBR600. My favourite of the regular bikes I see is this Harley-Davidson badged Armstrong MT500. In my head I like to think that the owner operates as an urban vigilante, realistically whoever rides this ex-Army bike is probably an artist and instead of a weapon in the gun holder it's probably art equipment.

Easy Rider 40th Anniversary
Tue, 27 Oct 2009Peter Fonda, who played Wyatt in the 1969 cult classic, Easy Rider, was in Glendale, CA on Friday to help promote the Blu-Ray release of the film which marks the 40th anniversary. The movie was scheduled to be shown at the Love Ride event that was canceled this year, instead the film screened at a local Harley-Davidson dealer. One of the film’s main objective was to expose violence and racism in the U.S. in a negative light but instead it seems that it was taken the wrong way with most, glorifying the lifestyle that was portrayed in the film.
