Original owner, I ordered this bike from the dealer and had them install a race efi tuner along with pipes and tachometer and other needed accessories, See picture of receipt totaling over 3000.00 in upgrades. Only 3800 miles with all service records from the dealer that backs up the miles. This bike was parked in our game room inside for over 10 years. Installed a new battery and completely serviced at the dealer. A excellent running bike with no nicks or blemishes. windshield, Harley backrest travel bag, and other items go with bike. Thu, 25 Apr 2013Harley-Davidson reported 15.9% increase in motorcycle revenue despite selling 9.1% fewer motorcycles over the first quarter of 2013. According to the company’s first quarter 2013 report, Harley-Davidson recorded revenues of $1.15 billion from motorcycle sales, compared to $995.9 million in the same quarter of 2012. At the same time, Harley-Davidson sold 54,254 motorcycles worldwide over the first quarter, down from 59,677 motorcycles in the same period last year.

Fri, 09 Aug 2013For sale on Ebay right now are two original Harley-Davidson Sportsters ridden by legendary stuntman Evel Knievel in the film “Viva Knievel!“ Click here to see the Ebay listing, which ends on Monday, August 12. The first is the “Flying Eagle” Strato-Cycle, which is one of two used in the movie. The bike is complete with full documentation including original sales invoice from Harley-Davidson in 1977, which certified (with matching VIN numbers) and specifies that it was used in the Viva Knievel movie.
