Harley-Davidson Softail description

1998 Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail. This is a very original bike in great shape with low miles. The paint on this bike is in amazing shape. Please do not bid on this bike unless you have money in hand and are ready to purchase!!

This bike has been kept mainly in it's original state other than some tasteful additions. it only has 15k miles on it and rides like a dream. Just did a full service on the bike before listing it so it is ready to go. It has the original saddlebags, sissybar and windshield on it, also has a nice set of duel exhaust installed on it that sounds great and looks great on the bike. Also has chrome lower legs on the bike that also look great, as well as Harley Davidson Nostalgia series driver and passenger floorboard inserts on it. Paint on the bike is in near mint condition and for the year would consider it mint only flaw I could find was a pencil tip size mark on the front fender other than that the tanks rear fender and rest of front fender are flawless. Chrome is also good only area of concern is one of the heat shields that you can see in the picture of the engine has pitting. The straight one that runs along the bottom that runs from the front head, the other heat shields are fine. The pictures should tell the story with the bike and what else has been done to it. Nothing has been mechanically at all it is still stock and still has the stock carburetor on it which is the way you want to buy one.
this is a great chance to get and original low mileage Heritage with a great engine at a great price.
I have listed a lot of bikes on eBay and have a lot of happy customers and this is sure to make another. Low Reserve for this bike. Please do not bid unless you have money in hand and are ready to purchase. Full payment of this bike is required within the week of the auctions end. Make sure you are ready to purchase and are 100% sure.

A Man of LOVE

Fri, 24 Oct 2008

I had a unique opportunity this week to sit down with Oliver Shokouh, the founder of the Love Ride, only days before the 25th anniversary of the purportedly largest one-day rally in the world, kicks-off this coming Sunday, October 26. First and foremost I’m very grateful for Oliver to set aside over half an hour of his precious time so close to the event. Not only does he head-up this massive event, he’s also busy running the very busy and successful Harley-Davidson/Buell of Glendale (California).
