Harley-Davidson Softail description

NEW OLD STOCK - 8 original miles!
As clean as the day Harley delivered it.
Harley wouldn't sell a Crate Bike so they delivered this bike. They then took it back, professional winterized it, and made it museum ready. It was placed in heated/dry storage to be used as a table before health issues changed the plans.
The saddle bags have never been opened.
The hawk jacket has the tags still on it, size XXXL.
New boots size 14, Tie, & Beret hat
Also have all the literature available!

Next year the bike will be 20 years old and eligible for collector plates in Wisconsin
Harley spent a lot of time and effort claiming that this bike is a great investment
Bike will have to be picked up here in Lake Geneva, WI
Great investment bike - it is only going to be worth more if buyer decide to display and not drive it
Used bikes go for $12,000-16,000 all day long  - don't make the mistake of thinking this is a used bike -- NEW

Want to Buy the Pope’s Harley?

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

In February, Bohnams auction house in Paris will allow both the Catholic and the Harley faithful to bid on a Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide owned by none other than Pope Francis, himself. Given to the Pope last year as part of the Harley-Davidson 110th anniversary celebration, the bike was unlikely to become the Popecycle because of the security required to protect the pontiff. The Pope donated the Dyna to the Roman Catholic charity Caritas Roma but not before signing the tank with “Francesco” at a special ceremony at the Vatican last November.

Motorcycle Buying Tips For Women

Fri, 17 May 2013

Over the past few years, especially since the height of the economic crisis, more and more women have turned to motorcycling both as a way to save on fuel costs, but also to experience the joys of the open road. In an article recently published by Consumer Reports, some tips are provided for women looking to enter the sport for the first time. The first bit of advice is to “Sit on a lot of different bikes first,” says Angela Annamalai of Shelby’s Powersports in Bronx, New York.
