The 2013 Harley-Davidson Sportster Seventy-Two model XL1200V is a bare bones radical custom motorcycle. And the Seventy-Two is uniquely priced to be an incredibly attractive value. No other bike in its class offers so much no-nonsense retro attitude and modern high-end style at such affordable cost. The Harley Seventy-Two model is a masterful mix of vintage bobber and contemporary retro-chopper styling. Its powerful Evolution engine gives it impressive road muscle. The XL1200Vs big-flake paint on the fuel tank is eye-catching, expressive, and of the highest Harley-Davidson quality. Forward-mounted controls make the Seventy-Two model XL1200V comfortable for cruising across town. The H-D XL1200V model is an attractively priced bike that brings the best of modern chrome eye-appeal to an aggressive, old-school chopper attitude. The Seventy-Two screams high-end custom, at a price that makes it truly accessible. Elvis' Harley

Thu, 16 Aug 2012

Today (August 16) it's exactly 35 years since Elvis died (or didn't, depending on your beliefs on the matter) so we thought we'd mark the moment with this – Elvis Presley's own 1956 Harley-Davidson. Elvis is so inextricably linked to Harleys that he's even become subject of an endlessly-circulating internet myth. You know, the one where a guy finds an old Harley for a few bucks, starts to restore it and discovers an 'Elvis' inscription under the seat.

EBR Nation Part 3: Made In America

Wed, 10 Aug 2011

Erik Buell Racing has released the third episode of its series about the new 1190RS sportbike. The latest episode focuses on the company’s “Made in America” philosophy, with its goal of producing a high-performance superbike in the U.S.A. As Erik Buell, racer Geoff May and designer Tony Stefanelli discuss the themes of innovation and freedom, we can’t help but wonder however whether they’re talking about American ideals, or about being out from Harley-Davidson’s umbrella.
