2012 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic FLSTC, This bike is brand new, all stock. Ready for you to add some flare! These big-twin motorcycles capitalize on Harley's strongvalue on tradition. With the rear-wheel suspension hidden under the transmission,they are visually similar to the 'hardtail' choppers popular in the1960s and 1970s, as well as from their own earlier history. In keeping withthat tradition, Harley offers Softail models with 'Springer' frontends and 'Heritage' styling that incorporate design cues fromthroughout their history. The Softail models do not have rubber-mounted engines. Thisled to more vibration in Evolution-engined Softails than in rubber-mountedTouring or Dyna models with Evolution engines. The annual study measures the effectiveness of motorcycle dealerships, rating them on how they perform in different categories, such as inviting customers to sit on a floor model, offering demo rides and asking for a customer’s contact information.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q3 2013 Sales Results

The news caps off an important quarter for Harley-Davidson that included the company’s 110th anniversary celebrations and the launch of its 2014 lineup including the new Twin-Cooled engines and Project Rushmore enhancements.
