Some of the bikes premium features include: ABS brakes, heated hand grips, titanium face gauges, Tour-Pak inserts, a premium Tour-Pak luggage rack, 28-spoke contrast chrome wheels, and special Ultra Limited identifier medallions. Also found on the Harley Electra Glide Ultra touring bike is a six-gallon fuel tank so you have to stop less for fuel.

Stephen King to Guest Star on ‘Sons of Anarchy’

King will play a character named “Bachman”, which I’m sure was no coincidence since he had published under the pen name “Richard Bachman” for several years. Stephen King is a motorcycle enthusiast and was excited to get a tricked-out, bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide to ride for the filming of the episode. See his comments about the production here. Las Vegas Harley-Davidson Breaks Ground On Vegas Strip
Fri, 24 Jan 2014Las Vegas Harley-Davidson broke ground yesterday on a full-line Harley-Davidson dealership on the famed Las Vegas Strip. A custom Nevada Sesquicentennial-themed motorcycle celebrating the state’s 150th anniversary was revealed as part of the event, along with details on how one lucky rider will win it at the store’s grand opening. Harley-Davidson owners from around the city flocked to the site as Las Vegas Harley-Davidson President Don Andress and Vice President Timothy Cashman discussed the new location and, along with Governor of Nevada Brian Sandoval, unveiled a custom Nevada Sesquicentennial-themed motorcycle.
US Highland Making a Comeback
Thu, 13 Oct 2011US Highland appears to be making a comeback, announcing plans to begin processing new orders and having discussions with several OEMs for the use of the Oklahoma company’s powertrains. The Tulsa-based company did not mention which OEMs it is working with, though US Highland says the discussions could result in sales of over 20,000 units per year. The company is developing fuel injected V-Twin engines in 750cc, 950cc and 1050cc displacements and Singles in 350cc, 450cc and 507cc displacements.
