2009 Harley-Davidson Nightster , Black, 2009, HD Nightster, ~10,500mi. $8000. This bike has been absolutely FANTASTIC. Plenty of power, and it looks great. Unfortunately, money is tight and I'm planning to move across the country sometime in the next few months. THOUSANDS of dollars have been put into this bike to make it special, and I really hate to see it go! Lucky you I guess :) FYI: I have the CLEAN title in hand. New rear tire, registration is good through August 2014, will throw in cover, and battery tender. US Motorcycle Sales First Half 2011 Results
Thu, 28 Jul 2011The U.S. motorcycle industry saw a 4.6% decrease in year-on-year sales over the first six months of 2011, thanks mostly to a 17.3% drop in ATV sales. Motorcycle and scooter sales however saw a 1.7% bump in the first half .
2013-2014 Harley-Davidson Breakout Recalled for Faulty Fuel Indicators
Thu, 17 Apr 2014Harley-Davidson is recalling 2013-2014 Breakout models, including CVO versions, because the fuel level indication system may not be properly reading the correct amounts of fuel. As of this publishing, recalls have been announced by government agencies in Australia and Canada; the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has not yet posted a recall but U.S.-based members of the Harley-DavidsonForums.com report American dealerships have already started receiving recall bulletins. According to a recall announcement by Transport Canada, some Breakout and CVO Breakout models may run out of fuel despite the fuel and range indicators indicating there is still enough fuel in the tank.
