2009 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide ULTRA CLASSIC FLHTCUI, Bike is like new with only 3,038 miles and tons of options. My job and travel have precluded us from enjoying this beauty like we had planned and it's just not right to let such a fine machine sit idle. I have a climate controlled shop we keep it in and it shows absolutely no wear. The numerous options were dealer installed at purchase and include stage 2 high performance 103 upgrade, star pattern chrome fins on the jugs, vance and hines exhaust, full chrome controls, fork lowers, foot controls and many other decorative items. I wanted the screaming eagle, but none were available, so we installed the color matched inner fairing with new screaming eagle gauges. The cockpit is truly awesome. Total initial upgrades totaled 10,235.12 for a drive out deal at 33,334.00 before tax and title. I have added a few more trim pieces and have four windshields. My loss is your gain. Harley-Davidson Museum Announces Black Leather Jacket Exhibit
Thu, 09 Feb 2012The Harley-Davidson Museum is opening a new exhibit dedicated to an iconic piece of motorcycle culture: the black leather jacket. The “Worn to be Wild: The Black Leather Jacket“ exhibit will showcase the ubiquitous article from many riders’ wardrobe.The exhibit includes over 100 artifacts including jackets designed by fashion houses such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Gianni Versace, as well as jackets worn by celebrities such as Elvis Presley. “The leather jacket symbolizes different things for each person who wears it, whether they are a motorcyclist, celebrity or a top designer,” says Bill Davidson, vice president of the Harley-Davidson Museum.
