2009 Harley-Davidson CVO FAT BOB FXDFSE, This bike is in MINT condition and has 3000 miles. I am only selling because I dont make time to ride. If you are reading this you probably know what you are looking at. There is much on the Internet to describe it. In addition to an endless list of factory extras, this bike has a Vance & Hines 2 into2 exhaust with computer tuner under the seat. A full LoJack system and the original factory exhaust. All extras were installed at the dealer. It also has the Factory CVO cover, gold key, manual and two sets of keys and fobs for keyless starting and alarm. NEVER a burnout, professionally detailed and up to date factory service. It is perfect for its next owner. Below the distinctive Fat Bob fuel tank that gives this model its name rests the largest engine produced by Harley-Davidson, the Screamin Eagle Twin Cam 110. Available only on CVO models, the Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) Twin Cam 110 produces 114 ft. lbs. of torque at 3500 rpm and features a heavy-duty, self-adjusting clutch with hydraulic actuation and the 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission. The Heavy Breather intake with exposed high-flow conical filter features a special chrome end cap, a 110 SE emblem and a sculpted trim ring. The CVO Fat Bob-exclusive Tommy Gun 2-1-2 exhaust snakes around the engine before exiting through chrome blunt-cut mufflers. The header pipes, which are exposed through the exhaust shield slots, are finished with a black coating. The powertrain is finished in CVO-exclusive granite powdercoat with chrome covers, and features new a 110 Cubic Inch badge on the chrome billet derby cover. Harley does however really seem to reinforce the stereotype of a typical Harley rider, I’m not sure if I am cool enough but the new Sportster Forty-Eight looks great! Harley-Davdison Museum Opens Tsunami Motorcycle Exhibit
Wed, 24 Oct 2012From Miyagi Prefecture in Japan to Graham Island in British Columbia, Canada, to Milwaukee, Wis., the motorcycle tossed across the Pacific Ocean by the 2011 Japanese tsunami has landed at the Harley-Davidson Museum. The 2004 Harley-Davidson Softail Night Train owned by earthquake and tsunami survivor Ikuo Yokoyama is now on display at the museum as a memorial to those affected by the March 2011 tsunami. The motorcycle will be preserved in the condition it was in when Canadian beachcomber Peter Mark found it inside a cargo box that washed up on Graham Island in May.
