2008 Harley-Davidson V-Rod , For sale is a garage kept 2008 Harley Davidson V-Rod (VRSCAW). This motorcycle truly looks like it just came off the showroom floor. It has never been dropped & there are no dents or scratches on it. I just had 2 new tires & a synthetic oil change done to it by Harley of Annapolis where it was purchased new by me. It comes stock with ABS & Alarm. This bike is basically stock with a few add ons. Pipes, K&N air filter & power commander all done by the dealership. I added new side view mirrors, HID headlight low & high beam, along with new rear blinkers & side mounted license plate with light. It really cleans up the back showing the massive stock rear tire. I also added a new Corbin locking seat with backrest, for the passenger or rider & full size windshield that clamps on & off easily. It has 21,449 highway miles on it & is ready to ride. Fri, 19 Dec 2008Every year it seems that newspaper advertisements, radio and TV commercials for Christmas start earlier and earlier. As soon as the sun begins to set on Halloween, department stores begin packing shelves and websites start stocking inventory in preparation for the impending feeding frenzy that will occur for the most commercial of holidays next to valentine’s day. While spending the holiday with family normally keeps me blitzed off eggnog and most of these aforementioned advertisements are enough to make me want to book a cruise for an entire fortnight at the end of December, this one commercial for Harley-Davidson made me laugh.
2015 Harley-Davidson Freewheeler Revealed
Tue, 26 Aug 2014It’s no surprise, as we’ve already seen the spy photos and California Air Resources Board documents, but Harley-Davidson has officially introduced its new Freewheeler trike, adding a second three-wheeled model to go with the Tri Glide Ultra Classic. Whereas the Tri Glide is designed for touring needs, the Freewheeler is more of a cruiser with 12-inch mini-ape-hanger handlebars and bobtail fenders. Up front is a seven-piece nacelle with a dual halogen lamp mounted tight to the 49mm telescopic fork and frame.
Harley-Davidson Reports Q2 2011 Results
Tue, 19 Jul 2011Harley-Davidson reported a net income of $190.6 million over the second quarter of 2011, thanks to the first year-on-year quarterly improvement in the U.S. market in nearly five years. For the three months ended June 26, 2011, Harley-Davidson’s operating income totaled $301.9 million, a 38.0% increase from the $218.8 million reported in the same period of 2010.
