Harley-Davidson Other description
A CLASSIC and LIMITED model Harley Davidson Rocker C (FXCWC). This model was specifically built from the factory as their own modest fat tire Chopper. I saw this model while I was on a business trip in Chicago and fell in love with it. When I retired in Jan of 2009 I purchased it new from a dealer in Mass. The fact that it utilizes a softail suspension make it a very comfortable ride. A major head turner. This bike has never seen rain or salt and Never been driven on the roads in the northeast, until the sand and salt has been swept from the roads in the spring. I have added the Willie G Scull theme to the bike in accessories (see pictures). I have added the clip on and off saddlebags which cost me $1100.00. The brackets for the bags actually enhance the frame on the bike. As pictured in the images I have the windshield designed by Harley for the bike that is quick release as well. I had the Heavy Breather and Rush mufflers added and had the dealer re-map the computer for performance. The original tires were replaced in April of 2012 and have less than 1500 mis to date. The bike has only 9875mis on it and only serviced by Harley Dealers. This model has no vibration due to the counter balanced engine, and with the softail rear suspension combined with the 240 rear tire rides like a dream. Its a solid tight bike that you can ride Solo or with a passenger. Harley Davidson has made this model a collector bike by limiting its production for 4 yrs only. SWEET !!!!! At a dealer this model especially in Blue would retail for more than $22500.00Lots of Bling!Contact Tom @ This bike has been kept in heated storage in the winters and must be seen to appreciate. NOTICE: I would consider late model Jaguar XK Conv or Mini Cooper of equal value in TradeTechnical Specs:Suspension - SoftailEngine - 1600cc 96B Counter balancedTransmission - 6 GearMILES-PER-GALLON - 50+ HWYColor - Cool Blue Pearl DeluxeWeight - 686 pounds drySeat Height - 25.2Wheelbase - 69.2insAverall length - 95ins

In an article recently published by Consumer Reports, some tips are provided for women looking to enter the sport for the first time. The first bit of advice is to “Sit on a lot of different bikes first,” says Angela Annamalai of Shelby’s Powersports in Bronx, New York.
Harley-Davidson's Production Stoppage Was Caused by Non-compliant Brake Lines
Fri, 29 Jul 2022Production ramps up to meet year-end targets Back in May, Harley-Davidson announced it would temporarily halt motorcycle production due to a “regulatory compliance matter” regarding an unspecified part from a third-party supplier. Harley-Davidson initially estimated the stoppage would last two weeks but it eventually lasted 19 days before production resumed on June 6. The actual cause for the delay remained unclear some speculating the issue was related to the powertrains, as the stoppage only affected Harley-Davidson’s gas engine-powered motorcycles and not the electric LiveWires.
