Paul James To Start His 20th Consecutive Road Racing Season At Daytona
Tue, 11 Mar 2014Paul James isn’t just another Harley-Davidson employee, he’s one helluva fast rider. For 2014, James will be suiting up for his 20th consecutive season of road racing as he pilots his James Gang/Hoban Brothers Racing Harley-Davidson XR1200 for the AMA Pro Racing Vance & Hines Harley-Davidson series season opener at Daytona International Speedway. And he brings with him a new sponsor and a continued relationship with the VETMotorsports program.

Fillmore ended the season on a victorious note, winning the 2011 AMA Pro Road Racing season finale at New Jersey Motorsports Park. 35 years ago this month
Fri, 28 May 2010IT'S 35 YEARS since Evel Knievel attempted to jump 13 London buses at Wembley Stadium. Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.
