Leading the way is a new 18-inch front wheel topped by our Springer front end. Next you see the new heavy-breather air intake, delivering free-flowing performance to a mighty 110-cubic-inch engine. No, it’s not just there for looks, but we did create a special new Granite powder coat to add to the effect. Topping the rest of the machine is a dazzling mix of chrome and custom metal grind paint. The only thing limited is the 2,500 run we’re giving this one-of-a-kind ride.

Slated to join Lamas are actors/riders from Sons of Anarchy, Southland and American Ninja, as well as law enforcement and the general public, on the ride that will depart from Bartels’ Harley-Davidson in Marina del Rey, Calif., and end at the Newport Dunes Resort in Newport Beach, Calif. Riding a heavy, slow Harley-Davidson XR750, the American daredevil had serious reservations about the jump, admitting the take-off ramp was too short, therefore limiting the bike's speed. But even though the plucky American knew his chances of pulling off the stunt were slim, he was reluctant to disappoint the 80,000-strong Wembley crowd.
