Harley-Davidson Other description

2008 Harley-Davidson FXCW - Rocker, A REALLY NICE ROCKER--LOW MILES !!This is a really clean Rocker, with only 5.100 miles on it. It also comes with a set of custom pegs, custom grips, custom exhaust, and a set of Harley saddlebags. The Rocker replicates authentic hard-tail styling, but has a hidden twist. The Rockertail rear end mounts a broad expanse of rear-fender sheetmetal directly to the swing arm, just an inch over a massive 240 mm x 18-inch rear tire. When the Rocker rolls, the rear fender and wheel move together as the Rockertail glides through 3.4 inches of travel.

A custom Harley-Davidson Street 750

Thu, 29 Jan 2015

This amazing motorcycle was built in just four weeks in a workshop located 300 kilometers south of Harley-Davidson's Indian factory. The project came to life thanks to the efforts of Rajputana Customs and H.-D., which provided Street 750 as a donor. The first upgrade to the bike was a Suzuki GSX-R sport fork with stiffer springs and longer travel.

Want to Buy the Pope’s Harley?

Mon, 13 Jan 2014

In February, Bohnams auction house in Paris will allow both the Catholic and the Harley faithful to bid on a Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide owned by none other than Pope Francis, himself. Given to the Pope last year as part of the Harley-Davidson 110th anniversary celebration, the bike was unlikely to become the Popecycle because of the security required to protect the pontiff. The Pope donated the Dyna to the Roman Catholic charity Caritas Roma but not before signing the tank with “Francesco” at a special ceremony at the Vatican last November.

Harley-Davidson to Assemble More Models in India

Mon, 04 Mar 2013

Harley-Davidson is expanding its assembly operations in India, increasing the number of models imported as complete knockdown kits to nine. Harley-Davidson will now assemble the Fat Boy, Fat Boy Special and Heritage Softail Classic in India, joining six models already being assembled in India. The move follows India’s new budget which increases import duties on motorcycles with engines larger than 800cc to 75% from the previous rate of 60%.
